Extreme Mommy Boot Camp is an AWESOME way to be with moms, and get some YOU time!? Drop your kiddos off at school and join us for this 1 hour boot camp style class.? The combo of cardio and strength along with some serious sweat will take you to the next level!? Our amazing certified instructors create a fun and challenging workout that will help you meet your goals.

Winter boot camp classes are held at Fair Haven Martial Arts

Tuesday and Thursday at 930 AM
Saturday at 8 AM
Classes run in 5 week sessions and begin January 8th

Due to the martial arts mats at this studio, this class is done without shoes. You can go bearfoot, or wear socks!? Yoga socks with grips are a great way to go! Don't stress, this class is an awesome way to get fit and going with no shoes will help strengthen and tone those legs even more!

1 class a week for 5 weeks: $62.50
2 classes a week for 5 weeks: $125
3 classes a week for 5 weeks: 187.50
1 class a week for 10 weeks: $100
